Aslında amacına ulaşmışsın. Doğru yoldasın yani; ) Mümkün mertebede tırtıklı keskin bir bıçak yardımıyla tek hamlede kesmeye çalış. Pişerken kontrol edersen çok fazla pişirmemeye bak. Çok sert olur yoksa. Resimdeki rengi yakaladığın anda tartı fırından çıkartıp  tel ızgara üzerinde soğut kalıbıyla beraber. Birde altı çıkan tart kalıbı kullanırsan çok daha rahat edersin. Sakın umutsuzluğa kapılma, ilk denemelerde olur böyle şeyler.
